When working with inspection activities on a laptop or desktop computer, similar steps apply.
👉 Use this to send information about any activity in Managemate to SparcPro.
How it works
You can only send information to SparcPro from an activity.
To send information from a document in Managemate, first link the document to an activity.
Step 1 - Open your activity
There are several ways to open an activity in Managemate.
For instance, open the Calendar then navigate to the activity by clicking on the name of the activity.
Step 2 - Send to SparcPro
When viewing the activity, click the More button
and then select the Send to SparcPro option.
Don't see a Send to SparcPro button?
This means your dedicated SparcPro request email address hasn't been added to your condo's account in Managemate.
If this happens, please send your dedicated SparcPro request email to Managemate's support team at [email protected].
Step 3 - Review and Send to SparcPro
1. Confirm attachments - Unselect any file attachments you do not want to add to your SparcPro request.
2. Review the subject line and email body
Optional: If you want to receive a copy of the request email, click the Send a copy to me toggle button
3. Click Send Request
💡 Manager Tips:
Linked documents - If your activity includes multiple linked documents (e.g., issues captured during an inspection), all of the files uploaded to each linked document, and all document descriptions, will be included in a single SparcPro request.
Emailing requests to vendors - If you want to send an email to one or more of your condo's vendors, be sure to copy yourself on the request. This way, you can forward the email you receive directly to the vendor, without needing to retype anything.
What happens Next
✅ Once sent:
The request is emailed to SparcPro, and SparcPro creates a request with the information from the email.
You (optionally) receive a copy of the request by email.
You continue tracking the work in Managemate
