How to Find and Setup your Property Profile in Managemate Application
Access the property profile section from the left-side menu
Click the edit icon near the condo profile image
Fill in the following details:
Building Name
Primary Address
Number of Units
Build Date
Fiscal Year End
Legal Registration Number
Tax Identification Number
Upload an image of your condo building
Click additional address if you want to save more addresses.
Click the edit icon under amenities.
Common Condo Amenities Include:
o Swimming Pool
o Guest Suites
o Yoga Room
o Kids’ Playground
o In-Suite Balconies
o In-Suite Fireplaces
o Party Room
o Outdoor Terrace/Patio
