How to Find and Provide Activity Status Updates in Managemate

Staying informed on activity status update is essential for smooth condo operations.

In Managemate, management team can quickly view all activity status updates and add new ones as work progresses.

How to Provide Status Update using the Log an Activity Update feature of Managemate

From the dashboard of the Managemate Application

  1. Click on Log an Activity Update

  2. Search for the activity by name and select it

  3. Write a status update you want to add, what has happened since the last update, what’s next, and any related issues.

  4. Click Save Update to apply the status update

From the calendar section of the Managemate Application

  1. Click the calendar icon located at the top‑right corner of the page

  2. Select the activity you want provide status update

  3. Click the dropdown arrow to see available options

  4. Click on Log an Activity Update

  5. Write a status update you want to add, what has happened since the last update, what’s next, and any related issues

  6. Click Save Update to apply the status update

From the activity section of the Managemate Application

  1. Access the activity section from the left-side menu

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis icon to see available options

  3. Click on Log an Activity Update

  4. Search for the activity by name

  5. Write a status update you want to add, what has happened since the last update, what’s next, and any related issues

  6. Click Save Update to apply the status update

Tip: Log an Activity Update can perform other related actions like

  • Link a new or existing document record

  • Include the activity in the management report section

  • Select a user for instant email notification so they can receive updates immediately

How to Find and Provide Status Updates from the Activity Record View Page of Managemate Application

  1. Navigate and access the activity record view page

  2. Locate the status update section in the middle of the page. The latest update appears first, and you can use the next arrow to view previous updates.

  3. Write the status update you want to add, then click the green enter arrow to apply the update

  4. The update you entered will immediately appear in the Status Update section

Every new status update in a certain activity automatically recorded and will be added to the daily and weekly email digest, helping board members remain informed about all condo activities.
