How to Restore a Deleted File in a Document Record in Managemate Application
Access Your Managemate Account
Sign in to your Managemate account here: https://app.managemate.ca/
Navigate to the "Documents” Section Page
Navigate to the "Documents" section page using the main menu, or click here: https://app.managemate.ca/documents
Access the Document Record
Click the name of the document (or click the “view” icon button) for the document that contains the file you want to restore

Restore the File Attached to the Document Record
In the document landing page, click on the “Show recycle bin" toggle button

Choose the file/s you want to restore and click the “Restore” icon
(See the screenshot below for an example)
Click the “Yes” button to confirm restoring the file in the document record
