Existing users can reset their password at any time. New users follow the same steps to set their password the first time they sign in.
Steps
Click Reset Password under the Login button
Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link
Check your inbox and open the reset password link. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Set your new password and click Confirm
If you are a new user, check your inbox again and click the email verification link
If the link expires before you use it, repeat steps 1 to 3 to receive a new one.
You can now start using Managemate!
If you are a new user
When someone adds you to a Managemate Workspace, you receive an email letting you know your account is ready. Your account is already active, so you start receiving notifications right away. Follow the steps above whenever you are ready to sign in for the first time.
