Note for new condominium accounts: On the dashboard, you might notice your email is used as your condo’s name. Follow these steps to change that and give your property some character.
Finding your property profile
Click on the "Property Profile" button in the main menu to navigate to the Property Profile page.
To open the main menu:
In desktop view, the main menu is always visible on the left side of the page.
In mobile view, click on the icon with three green lines in the top left of the page.
Editing your condominium’s profile information
Build your property profile by providing the:
Property Name - Enter the official name of your condominium property.
Primary Address - Provide the main address where your condominium is located.
Year of Construction - Specify the year your condominium was built.
Fiscal Year End - Indicate the month and day when your condo’s fiscal year concludes.
Number of Units - State the total number of residential or commercial units within your condominium.
Legal Registration Number - Input the legal registration number for your condominium (e.g., MTCC 830).
Upload a Picture - Add a photo of your condominium by dragging and dropping a file or browsing and selecting one from your device.
To add or update the above information, click on the edit button.
In desktop view, the edit button is an icon on the top right of the screen.
In mobile view, the edit button is labeled "Edit Property Profile".
Remember to click "Save" to save your changes.
How to add additional addresses
The additional address section in the property profile page is an optional feature. If your condo has two or more municipal addresses, then you can add each additional address in this section.
Adding additional addresses in desktop view:
To add a new additional address, click on the "Add Additional Address" button.
Start entering the additional address in the input field that appears, then select the full address from the suggested list.
Click the checkmark icon button to save the additional address.
Adding additional addresses in mobile view:
Click the down facing green arrow to open the edit menu, then click the edit button icon.
How to set up your condominium’s amenities
Highlighting the amenities your condominium has is a minor task but serves as a reference point for future property managers. Board members and staff can know what services are provided by the condominium.
Follow these steps to select or change your condominium amenities:
Click the edit button icon in the amenities section of the property profile page.
Then select the amenities that your condominium provides to its residents.
An icon highlighted with green signifies your condo has this amenity.
An icon that is not highlighted and is the color grey signifies that your condo does not provide this service.
Click "Save" to save your selections.
