How to set up and manage your user profile

Start setting up your user profile with this article to maintain smooth communications and access to your condominium’s account.

Finding Your User Profile

The quick access menu is the secondary menu on the right in the Dashboard section, it can be used to view activities and projects on a calendar, access notifications and your user profile.

Opening your user profile in desktop view

  • The quick access menu is visible on the right side of the Dashboard section.

  • For other sections, click the user profile at the top right of the screen.

Opening your user profile in mobile view:

  • Tap the user profile icon at the top right of the screen.

In the quick access menu, click the "View Profile" button to navigate to the user profile section of the application.

Changing public information of your profile:

In your user profile, you may enter or update your:

  • Full name – shown when you create and edit records, are tagged in the notes section or are assigned an activity.

  • Title - i.e. President, assistant property manager, shown when assigning activities

  • Phone number – only displayed in the "Manage Users" section so that other board members and managers may contact you

  • Your profile picture - displayed in certain areas of the application such as the changelog

To update your name, title or phone number click on the first edit button.

Then click "Save" to confirm your changes.

Changing your email address

The email address is what you’ll use to log in to your account, receive shared records, notifications and daily digests, and create documents using email automation.

Click the edit button in the "Email" section.

You will then be prompted to enter your updated email address and confirm the change by entering your password

Click the "Save" button to save your changes.

Changing your password

The password is used to log into your Managemate account.

Note: If you have forgotten your password and want to set up a new one, click on "Reset password" on the login page, found under the "Log in" button. Then follow the instructions in the email you receive.

If you remember your current password and want to change it, click on the edit button in the "Password" section.

You will then be prompted to enter your current password and confirm the change by entering your new password twice.

Click the "Save" button to save your change.

What is email automation?

You may notice a section with your condo's dedicated email address. This email address is used for email automation.

Managemate, you can send or forward emails to a dedicated email address to automatically create documents in your condominium’s account. To learn about this feature, go "here"!

Changing your notification preferences
