Updating your notification settings

Ensure that you are constantly in loop with what is going on in your condominium by updating your notification preferences with Managemate.

Opening your user profile

First open the quick access menu by clicking on your profile, then click "View Profile".

In the user profile section of the application, click on the notifications tab.

Updating your notification preferences

Notification settings are set by default when your account is created.

To change your notification settings, click the "Email" or "In-app" buttons to turn them off or on.

Buttons with a green outline are turned on. Buttons with a grey outline are turned off. Changes are saved automatically.

Example: In the below screenshot, you can see that “Mentions” are enabled for email and in-app notifications, “Reminders” are only enabled for in-app notifications while “Daily digest/ New records” notifications are completely disabled.
