You will also see projects in other places in your Managemate account.

We display projects in the following places:

  • When looking at the Activities list

  • When looking at vendors

  • When viewing documents and invoices

Activities

To see projects linked to activities:

  • In table form: scroll to the right of the table to find the “Linked Project” column

  • In list form: the linked project can be found under the activity name.

You can also click on an activity’s name and find the linked project under the activity’s start date.

Vendors

Click on a vendor’s name and scroll to the bottom. Here you can see a list of projects and activities linked to the vendor or link them to more records. The list includes:

  • Category of records – project or activity

  • Record Name – title of the project or activity

  • Date linked – exact date when the vendor was linked to a record

Click on the “Projects” tab under the search bar to filter records.

Documents and Invoices

When working on projects, there are a lot of documents and payments made that can easily get lost. With Managemate, there is a place for all those records.

After creating records for all your documents and invoices, linking them to their respective projects can make accessing them in the future a simple task. Learn how to link records here.

Find the project the records were linked to by visiting either the documents or invoices section. Click on the green dropdown arrow next to the tags column and view:

  • Date created – when the record was created

  • Record name – name of the linked records

  • Record Category – whether the record is a project, vendor or activity
