Accessing Managemate's Workspace
Managemate's Workspace software is accessible online through web browsers at https://app.managemate.ca.

Managemate's Workspace is fully responsive. Users can access their Workspace from their mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer through their web browsers.
One Managemate Workspace Per Condo or HOA
Condominiums and HOAs that subscribe to Managemate's Workspace software receive access to one Workspace account for their condo or HOA.
Each board director and management team member receive a user account, which they can use to access their condo or HOA's Managemate Workspace.
Management companies can purchase Managemate Workspaces for their client condos or HOAs.
Managemate Works Alongside Accounting Systems and Resident Portals
Managemate's Workspace software doesn't overlap with a condo or HOA's accounting system or resident portal software. Instead, Managemate replaces the use of emails, file folders and spreadsheets that board directors and managers often use to share information and updates with each other.
Condominiums and HOAs who subscribe to Managemate's Workspace continue to use their existing accounting system and resident portal software (if any).

Managemate's Workspace is not accessible to owners or tenants in a condominium or HOA, other than to board directors.
