Generate clear, up-to-date and action-oriented property management reports for condominium board directors using Managemate’s new PDF Management Report Generator.

We know how important it is to report on a manager’s progress and summarize ongoing work, in order to get quick and informed decisions from condo boards. Traditionally, managers had no choice but to comb through the work they performed since their last management report, then write reports manually in a Word document, which is then printed to paper or printed to PDF.

How to Create Your Management Report of Managemate Application

  1. Adding activities in Management Report

    Everything starts with preparing the activities that will be included in the report:

  1. From the dashboard, click the Management Report button

  2. You will be routed to the Activity Section on the Management Report view page, where you’ll see different sections.

    For Board Decision / Discussion

    Highlights upcoming activities that require strategic discussions, with detailed scopes, schedules, responsible persons, and attached documents.

    For Board Ratification

    Shows activities that require formal board approval, including projects that have already been initiated and are awaiting final authorization or additional actions.

    For Board Information

    Keeps the board informed about essential day-to-day management activities, providing transparency without overwhelming them with too much detail.

    Deferred

    Tracks delayed or postponed tasks, enabling easy monitoring and rescheduling.

    In-Progress (In the last 30 days)

    Displays activities currently underway within the last 30 days.

    Completed

    Activities marked as complete will automatically be added to the report in the Completed section, highlighting progress made, resolved issues, and completed tasks.

  3. Review all selected activities and ensure they are correctly categorized.

Generate the PDF Management Report

Once your report is ready, follow these steps to generate a PDF management report:

  1. In the Management Report tab of the Activities page, click the three-dot menu and select Management Report PDF

  2. Choose the reporting period you want to cover in the management report.

  3. Provide your report a custom name. The report in PDF file format will be saved as a new document, in the in the Documents section of Managemate.

  4. Link the report to an existing activity or create a new one, for example, "January Board Meeting," to make future reference easier.

  5. Click Generate Report

A pop-up will appear confirming that the report is being processed. You will receive an email containing a link to the PDF version of the Management Report. An in-app notification will also inform you that the document is ready.

View the PDF Management Report

  1. Check your email for the confirmation message

  2. Click the link provided in the email

  3. You will be routed to its document landing page of the generated management report

  4. Click the management report file to view
