You can share any record, such as an activity, project, vendor, invoice, or document, to give managers and board directors easy access to its purpose, status, and progress.

How to Share an Activity, Document, Project, Vendor, & Invoice Record in Managemate

  1. Navigate and access to the record

  2. Click the share icon

  3. Select the user(s) you want to share the record with

  4. Add a message (optional)

  5. Click send button

  6. The selected user(s) will receive an email notification.

Note: You can also click Copy Link if you want to share the record link directly.

Who can I share the record

Any record can be shared with users. However, if a user does not have the required permissions, the record cannot be shared with them.

Will all selected users be copied on the same notification email?

No, each user you select will receive their own separate email with a link to the record.

Will the message I include be saved in the record itself?


​No, the message is only included in the notification email sent to the user and will not be recorded in the record.
