How to Locate and Use In-app Notifications of Managemate Application
Click the notification bell in the top-right corner
All notifications will appear. Scroll down to view more.
Click the Mentions tab to see if you were mentioned in any record notes.
Click View All Notifications for more options:
Under this view, you can filter notifications related to projects, activities, invoices, documents, or vendors.
Tip:
The number displayed on the notification bell represents the total number of notifications you’ve received after enabling this option.
In-app notifications display updates from the last 30 days.
Click Mark All as Read to acknowledge notifications.
Click Show Only Unread to filter notifications that haven’t been read yet.
How to Use the Push Notification Channel of Managemate Application
Open a web browser on your mobile device and go to app.managemate.ca
When the site loads, you’ll be prompted to install the Managemate app. Tap Install.
Log in using your credentials
After logging in, all updates and direct notifications will pop-up on your device to help you stay on top especially for urgent tasks.
