How to Find and Manage Your Notification Preferences in Managemate

Keep informed about condo operations by customizing your notification preferences to suit your needs.

  1. Click the User icon in the top-right corner of the page

  2. Click View Profile

  3. Open the Notifications tab

  4. Choose your preferred notification channels (Email, In-App, or Push Notification)

    Note: When the notification button is highlighted in green, it indicates that notifications are enabled. If the button appears greyed out, notifications are disabled.
