How to Install Managemate's Mobile Application

Managemate's progressive web application can be installed on your mobile device for quick and easy access to your workspace.

Install the mobile app to get push notifications and faster access while away from your computer.

Steps

1. On your phone, open your web browser (e.g., Safari or Chrome), and go to https://app.managemate.ca

2. Install the application

On Android devices (Chrome):

On iPhone devices (Safari):

  • Tap the "Share" button

  • Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"

3. The Managemate icon will appear on your home screen

4. Enable notifications when prompted.

You can customize the notifications later in the application.

What to do once installed

  • Open Managemate from your home screen

  • Log in to your account

  • You’ll use Managemate like a regular mobile app

Troubleshooting

I don’t see the Install button (Android)

I can’t find “Add to Home Screen” (iPhone)

  • Make sure you’re using Safari (not Chrome or an in-app browser)

  • Tap Share, then scroll down (the option may be hidden)

  • If needed, tap Edit Actions and add it
    👉 On iPhones, the installation process is manual. There is no automatic install prompt.

Nothing happens after I install

  • Look for the Managemate icon on your home screen

  • If missing, try installing again

  • Restart your browser and retry

It’s opening in a browser instead of an app

  • Remove the icon and reinstall

  • Make sure you used the install flow (not just a bookmark)

App Store / Google Play

Managemate is not available in the App Store or Google Play.


It is a progressive web application (PWA) installed directly from your browser.
