Install the mobile app to get push notifications and faster access while away from your computer.
Steps
1. On your phone, open your web browser (e.g., Safari or Chrome), and go to https://app.managemate.ca
2. Install the application
On Android devices (Chrome):
Tap "Install" in the banner that appears at the top of your screen
If you don't see the banner:
Click Install
On iPhone devices (Safari):
Tap the "Share" button
Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
3. The Managemate icon will appear on your home screen
4. Enable notifications when prompted.
You can customize the notifications later in the application.
What to do once installed
Open Managemate from your home screen
Log in to your account
You’ll use Managemate like a regular mobile app
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the Install button (Android)
Make sure you’re using Google Chrome
Try installing from: https://install.page/managemate
If it still doesn’t appear, refresh the page or reopen Chrome
I can’t find “Add to Home Screen” (iPhone)
Make sure you’re using Safari (not Chrome or an in-app browser)
Tap Share, then scroll down (the option may be hidden)
If needed, tap Edit Actions and add it
👉 On iPhones, the installation process is manual. There is no automatic install prompt.
Nothing happens after I install
Look for the Managemate icon
on your home screenIf missing, try installing again
Restart your browser and retry
It’s opening in a browser instead of an app
Remove the icon and reinstall
Make sure you used the install flow (not just a bookmark)
App Store / Google Play
Managemate is not available in the App Store or Google Play.
It is a progressive web application (PWA) installed directly from your browser.
